Steward check-in report views
An admin picks a period and reads the steward check-in report: how many check-ins approved stewards and patrollers made, per person and per sign location. Only check-ins matched to a Person who holds steward approval or the patroller role count; an anonymous check-in never does. It is how steward presence at the trailheads is seen, since their visits are never scheduled.
The counting rule lands with approval by first snow (#67). Assumption: the report views, a page per person and per sign location with a period picker, are January; a plain table is enough in December.

Three ways to build it
Low not chosen
A table in Django's built-in admin filtered by hand. December.
Medium committed
The two views with a period picker and agreeing totals. Committed for January.
High not chosen
The medium level plus a monthly email to each steward with their own count.
What the tests prove
- Countsan anonymous check-in never counts; an approved steward's does; after withdrawal, no more.
- Agreetotals per person and per sign location agree.
Measurements
Counted on the wireframe; live numbers come from the usage compartment once the screen exists.
Decided
- Anonymous check-in stats by trailhead are wanted as well: counts per trailhead with no names, on #188 (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT). Who sees them, and whether they sit on this page, is open there.
- Default period: season to date; any other period can be picked (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #67).
- A steward sees their own count on their own page; the full report is admins only (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #67).
