Steward's own page
A steward who taps the link in a program email lands on their own page: the check-ins they have made with dates and sign locations and their count this season, their interests, which they can edit, their event sign-ups, which they can drop, and the roles they hold. A patroller sees the same page with the patroller role. Nothing here is anyone else's; a person sees only their own record.

Three ways to build it
Low not chosen
No page of their own. A steward's check-ins are visible only to admins in the steward check-in report.
Medium committed
Their check-ins and own count, roles and event sign-ups, which they can drop, and their interests, which they can edit. Committed: Jamie ruled interests editable and no sign locations of their own (2026-10-22 PT, #68).
High not chosen
The medium page plus a history of past winters. The email address is the person (ADR 0007), so it is not edited here.
What the tests prove
- Own onlya person sees only their own check-ins, never another's.
- Countthe page shows the person's own check-in count this season and nobody else's.
- Interestsa change to their interests shows on their page and on the people screen.
- Dropdropping a sign-up frees the place on the event.
- Reachthe link in an email lands here, signed in.
Measurements
Counted on the wireframe; live numbers come from the usage compartment once the screen exists.
Decided
- Event sign-ups show here, each with a way to drop it (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #68, #185).
- No sign locations of their own (reversing the morning's ruling): a steward checks in wherever they go, and their check-ins show where they have been (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #68).
- Interests are editable on this page, from the program's list (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #68).
- Their own count of check-ins this season shows here, never anyone else's (Jamie, 2026-10-22 PT, #67).
Questions for you
- Do stewards come back after the first visit? One of the five user-testing questions; the page records opened and returned, with no personal data.
